On Thursday 25 May, Principal Rod McNeill presented Year Nine student Amalia O with a cheque for the Motor Neurone Disease Association of WA.
The cheque for $558.88 was raised by a student-led Sausage Sizzle and Casual Dress Day at the Parkerville Secondary Campus.
MCC received this note following the fundraiser:
A massive thank you to the school community for your support of Amalia's fundraising efforts for Motor Neurone Disease. The funds are much appreciated by the MND association and will benefit families living with this difficult disease. A special thank you to all the teachers and helpers who made this possible.
