Food Technology Asian Cookery

This week in Year 9/10 Asian Cookery, students have researched, designed, cooked and served an Asian noodle dish suitable for a takeaway order.

Prior to this assessment task, students used an inquiry approach to investigate the properties of different noodles, Asian greens and sauces. Mr B was our guest judge for the morning and provided some helpful insights and positive feedback.

Thank you to Mrs Johns for the amazing greens her classes grew in the MCC garden for this unit of work.
