Food Technology Crepe Challenge

This week the Year 9/10 students finished their crepe challenge as part of the French unit they are completing in Food Technology.

We had a selection of sweet and savoury crepes presented for assessment. The rich learning was in the designing of the flavour combinations, experimentation with different batters, production process and reflection upon completion.
