Elke specialises in Gut Health due to her own personal experience and understanding. The condition of our Gut is at the centre of our Health and Wellness influencing our immune system, digestive health, allergies, energy, mood, emotional resilience and more.

Equipped with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention, drawing on her own expertise, Elke works with clients to help co-create completely personalized action plans based on their goals to move them toward their ideal vision of health within their unique body, lifestyle, and preferences. Clients develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for them, improving their energy, balance, health, and happiness producing real and lasting results.
