On Thursday 14 June the Year 5/6 River Rangers students participated in a Birds of Prey incursion.
They were introduced to several different birds including a falcon, a couple of owls, and a beautiful eagle. Students learned about what birds of prey are found in our area and what we can do to help look after them. The students then completed some hands-on activities and even had the chance to hold the eagle and give him a pat. It was an awesome afternoon!
