On Tuesday 21 November the Year Five class sold their homemade products to raise money for the charity Camp Quality.
Camp Quality provides essential support services for children and families affected by cancer. The class was enthusiastic to raise money for the charity after learning about it through an incursion.
The students came up with their own creative ideas for stalls which resulted in a variety of items - baked treats, drinks, soap and gifts, and a very popular slime stall. Students worked tirelessly during recess and lunch to sell their homemade products. The fundraiser was a huge success with the class raising $620.00!!
Well done Year Five for helping to made a difference in the community!
