MCC Raises Funds to Support Those Impacted by Leukaemia
In support of the Leukaemia Foundation, our Year 12 student leaders have organised a World’s Greatest Shave fundraiser event to be held on Wednesday, April 6th. On the day of the event, we will be live-streaming the great shave during lunchtime.
The student leader’s goal was to raise $5,000 by encouraging their fellow students and the staff of MCC to join their team by signing up to shave their heads. We were overwhelmed by the support of our MCC community with 15 students and 4 staff signing up to join the team. Can you believe that we have already raised $5,056.99 towards the Leukaemia Foundation, with Year 12 Student, Genevieve M., raising $1399.99!!
