Worldview Australia Camps – Family Camp

This camp is the perfect balance of learning and holiday. It is not as jam-packed as other camps, so everyone can rest and have a getaway. Protecting Children: Have You Checked Their WWC Card?

When engaging self-employed individuals for children’s activities, such as babysitting, tutoring, or party entertainment, it’s essential to verify their Working with Children (WWC) Card.

To support families, the Department of Communities has launched the “Have you checked?” campaign, encouraging parents and guardians to sight and validate WWC Cards before hiring.

SESF (Sports Excellence Scholarship Fund)

The Sports Excellence Scholarship Fund is a national charity that proudly invests in Australia’s young sporting stars by providing $1000 in scholarships to support and empower athletes facing financial barriers to achieve their dreams. We help athletes aged 10-18, whose economic circumstances would preclude them from otherwise participating at a representative level for their state or Australia in national and international championships.

Explore Life, Faith, and Meaning with Alpha

Alpha is an 8-week course designed for anyone who wants to explore life’s big questions about meaning, faith, and purpose. It’s a welcoming space where you can ask questions, engage in discussions, and learn more about life, faith, and spirituality in a relaxed environment.

This is a free opportunity to join a welcoming community and explore life’s big questions with others. Everyone is welcome!

Alpha is being offered at two of our local churches next term:

The Sanctuary Community Church

Where: Mundaring Christian College, Secondary Campus, 125 McDowell Loop, Parkerville

When: Wednesday evenings from Week 2 to Week 8 (6:30 pm – 8:30 pm) and Tuesday in Week 9.

Hungry Jack’s Mundaring will host a special store visit with WCE stars Elliot Yeo and Abby Bushby on Tuesday, 18 March, from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

There will be raffles for Mini Footies and a Jersey, plus everyone can receive a signed poster.
