The Year 7 camp was an incredible experience filled with energy, teamwork, and personal growth. Students eagerly embraced every challenge, strengthening their bonds with teachers and peers. Camp instructors complimented the cohort as the most well-behaved group in years.
From high ropes and archery to water games and frisbee golf, students stepped out of their comfort zones, building confidence and teamwork. They also enjoyed making friendship bracelets, playing basketball, and showcasing their creativity in the talent show, where the winning team wowed judges with a fun and innovative performance.
Principal Doug Holtam, Tim Oates (Head of Secondary), and I shared our faith journeys with the students, adding a meaningful dimension to the experience.
The adventure ended with an exciting day at Outback Splash, leaving students with lasting memories and strong friendships. It was a fantastic start to the Year 7 journey!
