I would like to share the incredible experience our Year 9 students had on camp at Woodman Point earlier this term. It was three days filled with adventure, challenge, and unforgettable memories.
From the thrill of the flying fox and the heights of rock climbing, to testing our teamwork in raft building, orienteering, and vertical challenges, every activity pushed us to step outside our comfort zones. We also enjoyed kayaking, archery, coastal bike rides, and plenty of beach sports under the sun.
A highlight for many was the evening tour of Fremantle Prison, where history came alive in a way none of us will forget. We also visited the art gallery and museum, which gave us time to appreciate culture and creativity beyond the action-packed activities.
The food was a constant favourite. Hearty meals like wraps and fried rice kept us going through long days. Mr B’s devotions brought us together each night, and the staff’s encouragement made every challenge feel achievable.
Overall, the camp was an amazing combination of fun, learning, and friendship. It’s something we’ll all remember for years to come.
